Meet Sheina
Sheina Dorn is a self taught variety artist. Started off as the only female Jewish orthodox caricature artist, to become one of the very few female orthodox muralist! She has adorned many schools with cheerful colorful artwork. Aside for hosting paint parties and teaching art classes in various schools, Sheina also paints exquisite 3D masterpieces of flowers. Now that her youngest of 7 is in school she can finally focus full time on her art. Having her own studio is taking her art to another level especially with Energy art . She now offers a variety of art style parties, custom family paintings and energy art experience
How do I need to set up for a paint party?
Just set up tables with enough spots to fit all the painters, make sure you put a plastic table cloth and wear aprons. I bring everything else!
Can I choose what we’re gonna paint?
I love teaching new paintings, so yes as long as it’s a modern painting.
What if I don’t have any idea of what to paint?
No worries, I’ll ask you a few questions and use that as inspiration to either give you options or some people love when I surprise them at the party!
I don’t have any art skills, I’m worried my painting will look like a preschool kid made it?
No worries !! I’m super good at breaking down the steps of the painting so that everyone comes out with a beautiful hangable art . It’s my specialty! Just come and enjoy the process.
Can you draw a caricature from a photo?
Of course!! Those come out the best since I can spend more time on them.
